We believe in keeping abreast of things and value people with teachability and strong desires to learn. To keep ourselves relatable, we’re constantly on the lookout for responsible individuals with talent and/or interest in areas of entrepreneurship, creativity and don’t mind having fun while they’re at it.

Retail Associate (Part Time/Full Time)

The retail associate - keeping things ‘physical’ with our community and is the unrivalled touchpoint in our customers’ journeys. We have immense respect for their commitment in being on their toes despite being on their feet all day. Always with a smile on their faces, our retail associates provide our walk-in customers with the unique TTR experience. 

If this happy and responsible individual sounds like the person you see in your mirror everyday, we’re definitely looking for you! 

Job requirements:

  • Strong communications skills
  • Willing to learn and work hard
  • Responsible and a good team player
  • Able to commit on weekends and public holidays if needed
  • Experience in the retail industry would be a bonus
  • Fluent in English 

18 years old and above
Location: Jewel, Tampines
Salary: Starts from $10/hr
Commitment period: At least 3-6 months for part time, 1 year for full time


Creative Intern (Photography/Videography, 6 months)

The creative intern - the one with the divine eye for aesthetics when it comes to all things creative and is largely involved in content creation, planning and execution of TTR’s creative campaigns. 

With their one-of-a-kind penchant for quirk, they innovate and are unafraid to produce experimental content to propel TTR’s visuals and branding. They’re also great assistants in creative production - from the conceptualization of photoshoots (e.g. set design / styling) to creative direction. 

In short, we’re looking for the Wizard of Us. We wouldn’t say more because you’ll know it if it’s you ;)

Job requirements:

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and possess basic videography editing skills
  • An eye for aesthetics 
  • Have strong command of English - written and spoken
  • Self learner with drive and initiative to take on new tasks 
  • Able to commit for at least 6 months

Working hours: Weekdays 10am-6pm

Creative Executive (Photography & Videography) (Full Time) 

Our creative executive - affectionately known as the mother of our content directives.

Apart from innovating and producing experimental content that propels TTR’s visuals and branding, they are also responsible for capturing, editing and producing photo and video output to support TTR’s marketing campaigns.  

Confident in working independently as well as in a team, the content producer keeps things in order and upkeeps the overall aesthetic consistency across creative campaigns.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the creative/fashion industry

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

  • Possess strong photography and videography shooting and editing skills

  • Passionate about social media and online content

  • Confident to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Senior Graphic Designer (Full Time)

Working hours: Weekdays 10am-6pm

Location: Bartley

Job scope:

  • Responsible for producing both online and offline graphic designs, advertorial artworks and packaging executions for the brand
  • Work closely with the creative team to design and create collaterals for various marketing campaigns
  • Liaising with external vendors to ensure completion of all creative artworks within the timeline
  • Assist in basic product photography for collaterals and catalog editing
  • Manage social media platforms and visual content

Job requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience preferred
  • Passionate and interested in the e-commerce fashion industry
  • Proficient in Photoshop and AI
  • Have strong command of English - written and spoken
  • Armed with initiative and is motivated to show us what you’re capable of

Marketing & Social Media Intern (6 months)

The marketing and social media intern - our ultimate right hand man of the marketing team; supporting conceptualisation and planning of marketing campaigns. With knowledge in utilizing today’s social media tools, they effectively communicate the voice of our brand by coordinating and posting creative visual content (such as flatlays/IGTV) on our social media platforms. 

We’re looking for someone who may be inexperienced but possesses initiative and has an eye for detail. With a strong desire to learn and excel, we want you! 

Job requirements:

  • Possess strong command of English (written and spoken)
  • Armed with good sense of initiative and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Curious and have a good eye for detail

Marketing & Social Media Executive (Full Time)

Our marketing team is the mouthpiece of our company - communicates with The Tinsel Rack’s current and prospective community. Their usuals include managing our social media platforms, assisting content creation, as well as planning, coordinating and executing campaigns. Creating opportunities with brands and key opinion leaders for potential partnerships forms a huge part of the excitement in this job. 

They are also always looking to increase our brand engagement with new marketing initiatives (physical and digital). Fun aside, our marketing team remains articulate and well-versed with industry trends by constantly monitoring the current market and in turn creating relevant opportunities for the company. 

If you have a knack for problem solving and think you’ll enjoy a well-rounded role in a fast moving e-commerce fashion industry, do try this!

  • Armed with initiative and is a problem solver
  • Organised, motivated and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

Operations & Logistics (Part Time)

The operations & logistics part-timer - quite possibly the cutest of us all and works like the elves in Santa’s workshop all year round. 

Their cheerful disposition loves the rhythmic work of unboxing shipment, fulfilling parcels and hums a fun song while preparing outfits for photoshoots; straight from their bags. The ideal person for this role will acknowledge the routine of this job yet find this oh-so-therapeutic. Like true love, we know someone out there exists.

Job requirements:

  • Responsible and able to engage in multiple assignments concurrently
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to understand the workings of our operating system
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
