What are your in-stores payment options?

We accept cash, NETS, credit card, PayNow, GrabPay, and Shopback PayLater.

Store Exchange & Refund Policy

Can I return my store purchase for store credits?

We do not provide returns or refunds for in-store purchases. 

Exchanges are only eligible for TTR Label and it must be done within 7 days (including day of purchase), with a valid e-receipt and care tag attached to the apparel. Apparels must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. 

In the event that the item exchanged for is lower in value, no refund/store credit will be given. 

What if my store purchase is defective?

Oh no! Please email us at within 7 working days of receiving the item(s). Do note that your email must include a clear photo of the area of defect. 

Product Availablity In Stores

Are all online products available at the store?

For in-store product availability, you may visit each individual product page under IN STORE AVAILABILITY.

Can I reserve an item in store?

Reservations are not allowed in stores. However, in-store availability are updated live on a best effort basis!

Click & Collect In Stores

Can I collect my online order in stores?

Click & Collect for all online orders are now available exclusively at our Jewel Changi and Tampines One Store.


Jewel Changi Airport #B1-256 (11am - 9.30pm daily)

Tampines One #02-32 (11am – 9.30pm daily)

All Click & Collect orders are to be collected within 2 weeks from the time the order is ready for collection

Orders not collected within 2 weeks will be returned to our Headquarters, and a local delivery fee of $2.50 will be incurred for us to deliver your parcel to your doorstep. 

How can I Click & Collect my online order in stores?

1. Select 'Click & Collect' at Jewel or Tampines One upon checkout
2. Your online order will be ready for pick up within 1-3 working days after it's placed
3. Keep an eye out for READY FOR COLLECTION email before making your way down

Can I exchange/return my Click & Collect order in stores?

Click & Collect orders are considered online orders. Orders (regular priced items) are only allowed for return for store credits.

Can I change the collection outlet? 

If your order has been sent to the store, $4 will be charged for a change of point of collection, re-delivery to the selected store. For us to assist you further with this, do contact our customer service with your order number.
