Shipping Info

The Tinsel Rack will take 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and PH) after your payment has been verified to process your order and despatch your parcel. For DHL orders, they will be dispatched on every Friday.

Instock items and backorder items that are carted out together will be split. The instock piece will be mailed out first and hence, the system will charge the delivery fee twice ($7 for local courier delivery). Only applicable to SG orders. 

 

Local courier delivery ($3.50)- 1 to 2 working days by Ninja Van *3-5 working days for festive periods and sale periods.

International delivery by Ninja Van for Malaysia and Jarkata- 3 to 5 working days, rest of Philippines, Indonesia - 5 to 12 working days. 

Shipping fees are based on items' weight.

DHL international delivery- 6-20 working days depending on location. Shipping fees are based on items' weight.

*International parcels by DHL will only be dispatched on Friday. 

Estimated days of delivery start from after order has been completed, not after order/payment has been made by you.

Ninja Van delivers from Monday to Saturday, 10am to 10pm. In the event whereby a failed delivery is made, Ninja Van will contact you to arrange for a redelivery. (up to 2 redelivery attempts).

*For express delivery and international delivery by Ninja Van, please track the status of the order with the following format: NVSGTTR0000 + order number (e.g. NVSGTTR00001800123)


*For international orders by DHL, please track the status of the order at https://ecommerceportal.dhl.com/track/?locale=en (Tracking number format SGAUU + order number, e.g. SGAUU1800123)

Free delivery is offered for Singapore and Malaysia purchases above SGD100. (Applicable separately for backorder and instock items for SG orders.)

*In the case that your address has been provided wrongly/parcel is bounced back due to failed delivery, The Tinsel Rack will not be liable for the cost of redelivery. No refunds will be given in the event that the package was returned to us due to incorrect address provided by buyer.
