Shipping Within Singapore

The Tinsel Rack will take 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and PH) after your payment has been verified to process your order and dispatch your parcel. 

During sale period, please expect additional 3 working days for processing and dispatching of orders. 

Estimated days of delivery starts after order has been completed, not after order/payment has been made.






*Instock items and backorder items that are carted out together will be split. The instock piece will be mailed out first. Hence the system will charge the delivery fee twice ($7 for local courier delivery). Only applicable to SG orders. 

In the event whereby a failed delivery is made, the courier company will redeliver on the following day (up to 1 redelivery attempt). Any request of specific delivery timing/dates will be delivered on best efforts basis. 

If you have an urgent need for the package, kindly drop our customer service team an email at enquiries@thetinselrack.com prior to purchase to check if the package will be able to reach you in time.

In the case that your address has been provided wrongly/parcel is bounced back due to failed delivery. The Tinsel Rack will not be liable for the cost of redelivery. No refunds will be given in the event that the package was returned to us due to incorrect address provided by buyer.

International Shipping

International orders will be dispatched on Fridays. All orders made before Thursdays 12pm (SGT) will be dispatched the next day. 

All international parcels are subjected to custom tax. International parcels parcels containing backorder items will only be dispatched once the last backorder item in the order arrive. Estimated days of delivery starts after order has been completed, not after order/payment has been made. Weight per parcel is capped at 2kg.
